JCA & Associates Inc.

JCA & Associates offers Expediting Services, Violation removal and Construction Solutions to individual homes, businesses, property Owners, contractors and developers.

JCA & Associates’ mission is to provide construction related solutions that meet client’s needs and resolve projects expeditiously.
Our staff comprises of Engineers, Architects, Expeditors/Filing Representatives and Building consultants with 28 (Twenty Eight Years) of experience in dealing with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), Environmental Control Board (ECB), NYC Fire Department (FDNY), Consumers Affairs and NYC Health Department (DOH), Department of Sanitation (DSNY) and Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

JCA & Associates service all five boroughs in New York City. Our main goal is to provide fast solutions and client satisfaction.

Manage the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings, schematics, and maps. These detailed technical drawings incorporate the input of engineers, architects, and surveyors and can specify dimensions, codes, materials, and production methods
